It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of our InstantPot. Ultimately, I’ve found with most pressure cooker recipes that when they say “ready in 24 minutes”, it’s actually ready in over an hour because of the prep and sauté work, and the time required for the InstantPot to come up to pressure.
